add curator service to clear ES logs older than 60d (as part of logging stack)

uses binakot/es-curator-cron:5.8.1 image configuring cron scheduled curator tool with minimal config

It might be a good idea to add this service also to the Kubernetes configurations, what do you think about it? @jankovicn

tested on PASS5 - works as expected
